Home Bar Tips ep 3: When To Go Cheap on Booze

A question that comes up often in our Mixology classes is "when should I use cheap liquor and when should I use expensive liquor?"

The 1st time I was asked this, I thought it was an outlier, but after a year or so, I noticed it was popping up more and more consistently. Perhaps it's a question you have as well! Below, I'll do my best to answer it in a satisfactory way. It's a complicated question, so today's post is a little longer. Perhaps the sparkling wit and wisdom will make it worth the extra trouble!
